"Uber" for industrial waste
Problem - currently business is conducted thru phone and email. Scaling a business and making it cost-efficient is getting very difficult with the current setup.
Based on our initial conversation with a customer we decided to adopt Google Discovery Sprint methodology. This approach allowed us creation of a concept for a product, with a definition of its most essential assumptions and scenarios. Our workshop was very fruitful. We manage to estimate: the stakeholder map, job atlas, key personas, jobs to be done, MVP scope, ways to validate the business model, initial user flows and base wireframes.
