Salzburg AG approach us with their vision which should be translated to their customers via a mobile platform with a bold approach to freeing energy prices for millions of people living in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. What's been built so far wasn't exciting for users and it wasn't easy to use. We spent time together going thru a list of features and selecting ones that should make MVP.

Together with the client we select the most business-critical paths for users and start wireframing them.

Prototype for user testing - feedback on signup flow with IA approach for dashboards
Success - 80% of users finished their tasks and we gathered precious feedback from them. We know we are at the right approach to continue working on the next steps.
